There are three plans available: Essential, Enhanced and Enterprise (for more details, please see the linked FAQ page below).

All three plans are priced using a monthly user-based pricing model, meaning that a customer pays a fixed monthly fee per user. The one-time-fee is calculated on a per-customer basis.

Depending on the plan selected and the specific request, additional costs may occur, for example, for a requested custom Analytic Rule or an on-demand-expert consultation. The exact inclusion of certain capabilities or benefits (or the lack thereof) is clearly stated in this service description.

Entitlements relating to revenue (for example, a certain number of included on-demand-expert consultations) are transparently documented in the service order.
