The AlpenShield Voice-SOC augments the Managed Sentinel Service with voice calling capabilities. Not only can customers configure if and when they get informed via a voice call, they can also authenticate themselves to take immediate action over the phone if they wish to do so. Of course, all actions are logged in the incident to have a full audit trail available if necessary.
