AlpenShield offers three plans of its service: Essential, Enhanced and Enterprise.

With the Essential plan, you will establish a solid foundation and make sure Sentinel stays current. This plan is designed for companies who want to start with a streamlined entry point and potentially scale up security operations over time. It is designed for customers who mainly want to work with the Sentinel Interface.

The Enhanced plan includes additional log sources such as firewalls and flexible escalation, automation and notification capabilities. Best of all, the AlpenShield App is directly integrated into Microsoft Teams to manage security operations based on Microsoft Sentinel.

In addition to the features described above, the Enterprise plan includes vulnerability reporting, machine learning of your data to triage incidents, the mitigation of incidents by phone and a panic button for emergencies. It also includes a limited number of on-demand-expert consultations per month.
